I generally don't endorse ANYTHING by ESPN, but I do use their College Football page a lot for general information on the season. One thing that I just came across was a bowl prediction page by Bruce Feldman and Mark Schlabach.
Feldman: GATOR BOWL--- ND VS. Miami (Fla.)
Schlabach: SUN BOWL--- ND VS. Colorado
I just found it interesting that the two teams that they project us to play are former foes from the late eighties and early nineties - the last time that ND was REALLY good and consistent.
Here are a couple of reasons why I would love either of these matchups regardless of the non-elite status of the Gator and Sun Bowls.
