Watt, Lights Up The Commit List

Chris Watt, 5 star OL prospect from Illinois gave his verbal commitment to Notre Dame.

Chris is the 12th commit for the incoming class of 2009, and is one of the bigger "gets" as the Irish are trying to fortify their offensive and defensive lines.

One of the best run blockers in the Midwest. Watt gets to the second level as
well as any lineman in the country. He is a devastating run blocker. Works well
in pass pro and in space, but lets defenders into his chest, which when playing
against bigger opponents could give him problems. Great foot speed and agility
for a big guy. Will be a very solid interior lineman at the next level.
